We celebrated the launch of my third book, Who’s the Driver Anyway? at the Chapters bookstore in Oakville, Ontario. Friends, supporters, well-wishers and media were there to share the moment.  The book is for anyone who manages people and wants to rise to the challenge of getting people to deliver better results – happily.

Using the metaphor of a driver and a passenger, Who’s The Driver Anyway clarifies not only who owns the job accountability, but who gets to decide HOW the job gets done.  The book has received excellent reviews from readers because it makes the complex topic of understanding and motivating people to action simple.   Using four words and three steps, leaders get a common language that gets everyone on the same page in a positive, collaborative way.
